Cafe 2nd came to Herotown looking for a way to reach their customers through new ways different from the traditional ways they have previously done. Their ask was for Herotown to develop a marketing strategy for them, create marketing material, create a new menu design and banner design as well as the creation of a user-friendly website for them. This was not a small task, but Herotown put down the tasks to the different teams to each execute. And within 2 weeks, a complete marketing strategy was already put to use with the new material, menu and banner designs as well as the launch of the cafe’s first website.

The Results

After 2 weeks of launching the new website, new menu design, marketing material and banners, Cafe 2nd was able to drive customers to the cafe at a much higher rate than ever before. This difference in the presentation of the cafe both physically and digitally has helped it maintain a consistent flow of new customers, and thereby exceeding its pre-campaign goals.
